Billing
Each session gets its nomenclature code from the treatment period. Prescriptions are linked to appointments, the remaining sessions are counted for you, and the attest comes pre-filled. Batches too.
Online booking
Patients book on your own page, within your working hours and appointment types. No calls back and forth, no double bookings.
Multi-practitioner agenda
Day, week and month views with a column per practitioner, drag and drop, and your working hours shaded in.
Patient records & periods
Treatment periods with the official session caps, prescription scans, and the letters to the advising physician.

The Belgian eHealth flows are already in place
Insurability checks, eAttest submission and the annexe 05a/05b notifications are built end to end. Until Praxio is certified on the real eHealth network they run against a simulation, clearly labelled as such. The screens and flows you learn now stay the same afterwards.
- Insurability check: preferential rate picked up automatically on the patient record.
- eAttest: receipt number and reimbursed amount stored with the attest; paper stays as the official fallback.
- Your certificate, once: the .p12 is stored encrypted, the password never is, and expiry is flagged 30 days ahead.
